Account information
We store your name or artist name, email address, language preference, and account creation date. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not readable text. Applications also store account type, contact name, country and release frequency, plus any optional phone number, music profiles, audience range, website, distributor, biography and referral code you provide. These details are used to evaluate your project and communicate with you.
Sessions and preferences
Session and security cookies provide account access. Standard sessions last 12 hours, remembered sessions 30 days. Signing out ends the session. Remember your language in this browser. When disabled, your choice is kept only in the page URL.
Security and email
Security logs and time-limited attempt records help prevent abuse. When email is configured, verification and password reset messages are delivered through the configured email provider.
External services
Load artist and cover images without a local copy from Spotify CDN. This shares your IP address with that service. When disabled, only local images are shown.
Your information
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion. Account data is retained to operate your account; deletion requests are assessed alongside applicable obligations.
